NIH CVI Registry Clinical Site Interest and Feasibility Form

We are currently accepting clinical site interest and feasibility forms for the NIH CVI Registry, a prospective, observational study aiming to gain insights into current diagnostic and rehabilitation practices, characterize various presentations of CVI, and facilitate further research into the condition. This study is being conducted and coordinated by the National Eye Institute (Kerry Goetz, MS).  If your site is interested in participating, please complete the NIH CVI Registry Clinical Site Interest and Feasibility Form, and email to neicvimailbox@nei.nih.gov

Completing the form does not guarantee selection as a study site. All site applications will be reviewed by an independent committee; key criteria used to select sites will include prior experience with clinical studies, availability of research staff, and the potential to meet enrollment targets, among others.
